Composed of approximately 20 states, the Linoxian Confederation is a confederation in the most literal sense of the word. While all of the states and systems under these individual states vary in their procedures and governing policies, they all strive toward the common goal of independent systems.Typically, the Linoxians have felt that they alone have a greater connection with the Users. This general belief has, at times, put them at odds with some systems under the WinDosian Empire, due to the almost atheistic stance of these systems. A very religious faction, they believe that the User (note the capitalization) is supreme arbiter of all things, hardware or software. Overall, the Confederation is helpful and friendly to all systems that believe in the Users.
